Lawrence Lee is a sole proprietor practicing as a Certified Public Accountant in his own name. He has over 10 years of experience in auditing and business consulting. He has been involved in various transactions service work including initial public offering and acquisition of companies.

Lawrence has extensive assurance experience in serving listed companies and multi-national corporations operating mainly in Hong Kong and mainland China over a wide variety of industries including agriculture, manufacturing, mining and trading.

Lawrence is a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (Practising). Prior to starting his own business, Lawrence worked in one of the major international accounting firm in Hong Kong.
